Reflective Writing Retreat

About This Retreat

This retreat was created for those who spend much of their lives holding things together. For those who are capable, composed, and often relied upon, yet carry an inner life that has had little space to rest.

This retreat is not here to change or improve you. It exists to offer space.

Here, writing is not used to perform or produce. It is a way of listening inwardly, to what has been waiting beneath the surface.

There is no expectation to arrive with a project. No requirement to share. No pressure to explain what emerges on the page.

The retreat unfolds within a slow, protected rhythm. The structure is light, and the emphasis is on allowing something to breathe again.

This is not a holiday that leaves you needing another rest when you return. It is a week shaped for those who rarely give themselves permission to stop.

How the Retreat is Held

The retreat is designed as a small, carefully structured gathering. Each cohort is intentionally limited in size, with a defined daily rhythm and clear boundaries around scope and care. The retreat is hosted within a professional venue partnership, ensuring both steadiness and spaciousness throughout the week.

The Holding Circle

Each gathering is held by a consistent circle of three experienced practitioners. Our roles are distinct and intentional, ensuring both depth and steadiness throughout the retreat. While Kim leads the reflective sessions and shapes the overall arc of the week, the retreat is supported by dedicated professionals who attend to participant care, group flow, and the practical rhythm of each day. Together, we hold the space with clarity, professionalism, and quiet attention.
