Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their booking by providing written notice via email.

  • Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future Reflective Writing Retreat, at the discretion of the organizer. 
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, or unused portions of the retreat

Refund and Returns Policy

  • Participants may cancel their booking by providing written notice via email.
  • The deposit is non refundable under all circumstances.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the deposit may be eligible for partial refund at the organiser’s discretion.
  • If cancellation occurs within 90 days of the retreat start date, no refunds will be issued.
  • If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, all payments will be refunded in full, excluding third party processing fees.
  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.
